Not reliable

I like the app but it is Not reliable. There is a delay in sending and receiving messages....it isnt instant like an SMS text.
I dont like that photos are on a different screen....because sometime a you dont know that you received one.
I like the principle but it needs some improvement on reliability so that I can feel confident that messages are actually sent and received.
